Shipping Options

Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days)
Fast delivery for customers who need their order quickly. Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days after they have been processed and shipped.

Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days)
Our standard delivery option provides reliable shipping within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.

International Shipping (7–21 Business Days)
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout (Express or Standard).

Please Note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made to order, all sales are considered final.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. We begin production shortly after an order is placed to create your item specifically for you.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if the issue is confirmed, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before completing your purchase, as we are unable to make changes once production has begun.
